John joined Sunrise Toastmasters in early 1996 as a way to improve his sales
presentations in front of corporate boards of directors. He had so much fun at the meetings he never left. He achieved his Distinguished Toastmaster designation and has been successful in speech and speech evaluation contests even up to the District level.

He ran two construction related businesses - Hot Shot Cleaning and Forever Floors - for the last 50 years although is now winding them down to focus on coaching and consulting public speaking, as well as doing Keynote Addresses in his new entity, Outstanding Orator.

John lives in Wescosville, enjoys traveling, nationally and internationally, and frequently volunteers on short term mission trips with his church. He completes these endeavors locally, nationally, and internationally utilizing his vast trade and leadership skills to help not for profits with remodeling projects or rebuilding homes damaged in natural disasters.
